We come alongside the local church to help them to fulfill the Great Commission through exciting and diverse trips. Our short-term mission teams are partnered with an established ministry who we come alongside. We assist these local ministries to be an encouragement to their communities. Our teams return home having built lasting relationships. They come back refreshed, revived, and ready to serve God.
Experience
CiM has been in existence for over twenty years. The mission was birthed by missionaries and pastors that were burdened to see churches be stretched to reach the world with the Gospel. Many of our missionaries have served in various places around the world before coming to CiM while others came to the mission after multiple years of serving God in the pastorate. CiM has taken hundreds of trips spanning four continents during the past two decades. We have had the joy of seeing tens of thousands of people come to a relationship with Christ during that time. Our missionaries have also helped plant over a dozen churches, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to meet the needs of the people we minister to, along with over 150 pastoral care seminars.
Affordability
CiM is committed to making trips as affordable as possible. We are constantly looking for the best prices in order to keep the cost reasonable. CiM does not want a big price tag to deter you from serving God. Our missionaries are frequently looking for the best means to keep rates affordable for your team. We also provide ideas on fundraising and support.
Logistics
One of the things that prevents a lot of churches from leading their own short-term mission trip is typically the planning period. There is a lot of pre-field work to get a trip off the ground. The prep work can be discouraging because it prevents a church from focusing solely on loving people in the name of Jesus. It can also be hard for someone to have the time to actually plan a trip. CiM prides itself on taking care of every logistical detail for the trip. We take care of the airlines, transportation, plan the food, make contacts in the area, etc. We take the steps to prepare the trip so you can simply serve the community without worrying about the logistical details. We want to take as much stress and worry out of the mission trip for you.
Custom Trips
CiM has been blessed with rich relationships in the United States and all over the world. Our trips can take you as far as you want to go or stay as close to home as you like. Some of our trips require flights, others maybe a bus ride. Each trip is different because the needs are always different. Our teams can range from doing a Vacation Bible School, to various different types of construction, sports camps, Bible camps, compassion projects like blessing boxes and family fun fests in a community, etc. The trip is custom fit for your team’s gifting and talent. The trips also vary for duration. Some can last over a week; others might be a simple three-day weekend. Our heartbeat is to create custom trips that would be tailor-made to what God has called your team to do.
